The Chimney Chap is a small business offering a no mess chimney sweeping service to customers throughout the Cotswolds. The business, which is located in the Cirencester area, was newly formed in 2010 and the owner has many years of experience in the chimney sweeping profession.

The Chimney Chap sweeps in the traditional way with brush and rods and uses the latest high power triple filtration vacuum to capture dust and to remove all debris, leaving the customer safe with the knowledge that they have a good working fireplace and no mess to clear away afterwards.

Other services include:
- The fitting of bird guards to prevent birds building nests in your chimney.
- Cowls to stop rain and debris from entering the flue, also helping to stop down draughts.
- Caps to close off any unused chimneys.

Also offered is a service where your tired old rusty fire baskets, grates, backs etc are taken away and then brought back looking as good as new.
All carbon and rust build up is removed and then re blacked or painted.
