| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - I purchased a Shurflo pump from the caravan and camping store in April. The transaction was through Ebay. Item leaked and I informed seller and he agreed refund subject to him testing the item. He has not refunded my money, hardly ever answers phone, evasive in emails. Through his actions he has made it obvious that he has no intention of refunding. Through his delay cannot put claim through Ebay as 45 days lapsed, same with Paypal. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The Shurflo company has no knowledge of this trader.
Company response : Buyer purchased a new pump and then returned another faulty pump that was over 12months old, claiming it to be the new pump. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are one of the largest retailers of Shurflo Trailking pumps in the UK, as can be confirmed independently through two of the largest agents for Shurflo in the UK, ET Riddiough and Grove Products.
Shurflo Europe is based in Belgium and do not deal direct with retailers so would not have any knowledge about individual retailers such as ourselves....
