Kelly was amazing, interested for a start, examined my foot properly and cured the problem in 3 sessions, cannot recommend her highly enough. Have a feeling I would have been off sick for a year without her input!

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Kelly was recommended to me by a number of friends who had been to see her previously. I've suffered from problems with my shoulders for a number of years and more recently the lower back. Kelly made a massive difference in the 1st session and has continued to do so in the further sessions I have attended. I've seen an increase in flexibility almost instantly and feel much better for the work she's done so far. Not only do I get a great sports massage, Kelly takes the time to expalin exactly what is happening, why it hurts where it does and suggests ways to help when I am not at a session. I would highly recommend Kelly.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I went to see Kelly with a back injury that was causing me a great deal of pain and making participation in my hobbies very difficult. Firstly I was pleased with her approach to my problem, after being told by my GP to take pain relief and stop my hobby, it was nice to get a proactive 'we will fix this' approach rather than trying to cover the injury up.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Kelly was recommended to me when I was looking for a new trainer and I was struggling with a knee injury. My knee had broken down whilst running and I was given physio, told to rest and wait 6 months. Instead I went to see Kelly and pretty quickly I was able to run again and as a bonus within the year my fitness, tone and targets (some moving!) had all been achieved. What sets Kelly apart is not just her extensive experience, knowledge and skills, which consistently deliver results in a measured and lasting way, but her passion, flexibility and authenticity. She has an excellent way of engaging clients, quickly assessing needs in an holistic fashion and then providing tailored, balanced and accessible programmes. Her passion for improving peoples lives through what she does is clearly evident and underpins the excellent service she provides. Having her expertise in the Midlands is a real bonus.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I always thought I was well educated in nutrition and fitness, so I couldn't understand why even with my best efforts I wasn't reaching my goal. Kelly is supportive and helpful and cleverly shows you where you are going wrong without making you feel stupid. There is no pressure applied just a guiding hand and sound advice. I know Kelly will always be there for me. I have never experience any Personal Training that truly makes you feel that you are the only client!

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Kelly knows her subject as well as anybody I have ever come across. Not only that, she listens intently to the needs of her clients and then helps them produce the results they are looking for...and more. Couldn't recommend her highly enough to be honest.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I could not balance on on my right leg at all following a ski accident that resulted in my right kneecap ending up around the back of my leg. Although it was manipulted back into the right place, there were still serious issues regarding balance that significantly affected my entire aerobic fitness levels. Kelly's outstanding work on building the strength and flexibility around my knee has meant that: a. an invasive operation has been averted and b. I now, at aged 48, have the fitness levels I enjoyed in my twenties. She provides truly outstanding service
