The Beez Kneez provides personal training in Ealing, Chiswick, Muswell Hill, Richmond, South Kensington, Clapham and West London. Pregnancy Personal Training and Post Natal Personal Training are both offered in London. Home Personal Trainers specialising in Pregnancy and Post Natal come to your office, home or park.
Pregnancy Exercise Group fitness classes are also provided in Ealing, Chiswick, Muswell Hill and Richmond, as well as Post Natal group fitness classes in West London. Vicky Warr, top post natal personal trainer in Chiswick and Pregnancy Fitness expert for Mothercare and the BBC, leads the team of accredited and fully qualified ante natal and post natal personal trainers, who have a combined experience of over 30 years.

The company is directed by Vicky Warr who has been working in the Fitness industry for ten years. Having previously worked for a radio station and global advertising agency, Vicky Warr has a corporate background and is a mum herself, who still trains clients as well as oversees and manages her team of trainers and group exercise instructors.
Beez Kneez provides bespoke pregnancy personal training and post natal personal training featuring pilates and functional exercises for toning, body conditioning, post baby weight loss and back care. Tailored specifically, the services are perfect for Mums to be and New Mums. Personal Training is at home or in a studio in Ealing and Chiswick and group sessions are in various studios with no gym membership fees.

Jo, the trainer, is fabulous, a good motivator and works you hard. The class starts with a warm up, circuits to burn and mat work. Also an opportunity to meet other new moms. Chiswick location is a school hall (no mirrors) while Ealing is in a studio (mirrors).

Really helps to keep you fit and build core strength in preparation for labour. I'm also hoping it will help me bounce back into shape afterwards! Good small class sizes and Jo is a fab upbeat energetic teacher who gets you moving after a tiring day at work!

As a mum of 2, it is often a struggle to dedicate an hour to myself but committing to class meant that I did exactly that. And fortunately the classes generally sent my baby to sleep which meant that I could get a decent workout.
The exercises are easy to remember and it is particularly helpful that these are varied every 6 weeks. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and motivating and other participants welcoming. In addition, there is flexibility when choosing a make up class if you miss your chosen spot.
I would highly recommend the Beez Kneez; the small group size and range of shapes / sizes / levels of fitness / experience / age of babies etc etc is more welcoming than daunting. I wish I had joined the classes after my first born aswell.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I would thoroughly recommend The Beez Kneez for post natal exercise - the classes are great fun, indoor or outdoor (even in the rain!), and are run by professional trainers who are motivational without being intimidating. Classes were tailored to pre and post natal needs, so I genuinely felt I was doing my core strength some good. And it was great to get back to some exercise and I enjoyed working out with other mums - babies were welcome too (a huge help) although I think they were a bit bemused by all the activities!

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - The Beez Kneez New Mamas classes are the perfect way to start getting back in to shape post pregnancy. I was a keen exerciser before pregnancy and after the birth of my daughter was itching to get back to exercise but the main issue was childcare. That's when I came across the Beez Kneez and realised that I could bring my daughter. What a genius idea! This is one of the key benefits for me as I was able to get a great workout and not have to worry about getting a sitter. The classes are timed around babies nap times and the instructors are un phased by babies crying. In fact they welcome it!
The instructors are pre and post natal specialists so the exercises are post pregnancy specific. Having exercised before I was aware that this is important when returning to exercise so this was a key benefit for me.
In addition I found that exercising with other mums really motivated me as we all have the same goals and can share similar experiences.
If I had to summarise the three areas that I have benefitted I would say:
1) Bringing my baby have proved invaluable. A definite huge thumbs up!
2) The knowledge and skills of the instructor has been great. I know that he exercises given are post pregnancy specific and I really feel my muscles and core working.
3) Exercising with other mums and knowing that we are sharing the same experiences!

| 4.75 4.7 out of 5 - I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the last few months. I’ve absolutely loved my weekly dose of Beez Kneez and can’t believe last night was my last class. I will definitely be signing up to the New Mum’s class once madam makes an appearance... Only 4 weeks to go!
Not only do I feel pretty fit and strong but I also met a couple of lovely people on the course. We are all meeting up once I start maternity leave next week.... We will motivate each other to join the new mum class!!

Without daytime childcare and being too tired to go to the gym in the evening, taking Isabella to the morning class was fab! She was always pretty content and I had a solid hours workout with an upbeat and friendly instructor in a warm and welcoming environment. And most importantly of all, the first course shifted the stubborn baby weight and by the end of the second course, I was toned and had a body that I recognised (and liked) again! All in all, I highly recommend doing at least one course!

| 4.75 4.7 out of 5 - Beez Kneez saved the day! After my first baby was born, I was wondering how I would ever get back into shape. The core exercises worked wonders for my abs and thighs. I can honestly say that I felt fitter in the months after the birth than I have done for a very long time. Everyone noticed how quickly I was able to get back into shape. I am pregnant again and just about to start the Bumps class....I would definitely recommend Beez Kneez to anyone.
