The Advice Agency - Financial AdviserThe Advice Agency is an online service which provides advice on a range of problems: Debt, Benefits, Relationships, Employment, Discrimination, Housing and Consumer issues. The idea of the service is to empower people, by providing advice, so that they can resolve their problem themselves. The Advice Agency is a small team of trained advisers located in South Wales who have worked in the advice field for almost a decade.
The Advice Agency helps people by providing a convenient and affordable way to gain help with their problems. Clients can either ring or email and make an appointment. They are then contacted and details of their case are discussed. The problem is researched and the client is provided with a written Advice Report which can be either emailed or posted to them.
The Advice Agency's professional approach to problem solving has been gained by working with the Citizens Advice Bureau in the capacity of advisers and caseworkers, solicitors' offices and legal departments. In addition formal legal training has been undertaken through the medium of the Institute of Legal Executives and membership of that organisation gained with legal qualifications in Employment Law, Immigration Law, Tort and Civil Litigation.
