Terry Scullion Architects is an RIBA Chartered practice dedicated to design excellence and providing professional services in the principal disciplines of Architecture, Design and Historic/Listed Building Conservation. The practice ethos is based on the provision of professional design quality, innovative and creative solutions and the integration of designs into the local context with bespoke designs tailored to each client’s individual requirements and aspirations. Terry Scullion Architects are a progressive local practice, based outside Cookstown in Co. Tyrone and are committed to the design of both distinctive and inspiring new buildings with a sustainable ethos and the considered and innovative conservation and restoration of existing Historic/Listed Buildings.

Terry Scullion Architects provide a complete integrated professional design service, individually tailored to each client, throughout each of the RIBA Work Stages. A brief overview of the professional services provided includes; appraisal studies, bespoke one-off dwellings, building control applications, commercial developments, conservation of historic/listed buildings, contract administration, education projects feasibility studies and more.

Clients benefit from the extensive range of professional experience gained in the design, presentation and submission of a wide variety of both public and private sector projects, from inception to completion, in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work, to include education, healthcare, leisure, sports, industrial, commercial/retail and residential development projects. Are also highly experienced in the contract administration of a wide variety of public and private sector projects including the preparation of all production information, site inspections and certification in accordance with the RIBA Job Book. Have been awarded the RSUA Certificate in Architectural Conservation, having gained extensive Historic/Listed Buildings experience and the necessary expertise.
