Temple Hotel - HotelThe Temple Hotel is a Grade II listed Georgian hotel offering well appointed en-suite accommodation overlooking Matlock Bath and the Derwent Valley in Derbyshire. The welcoming lounge bar has a selection of locally brewed real ales and good quality food available all week. The bar is open from 6pm until 11pm and food is served from 6. 30pm until 9pm except for Sunday when food service finishes at 8pm. The Temple Hotel is close to many popular attractions including The Heights of Abraham, Gulliver's Kingdom, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the Peak District National Park.
The Temple Hotel has a new entry in the CAMRA good beer guide for 2008 and also won the Matlock CAMRA pub of the season award. The Temple Hotels real ales are mainly sourced from the 26 local microbreweries in and around Derbyshire. These include Thornbridge Hall Brewery, Leatherbritches, Peak Ales, Amber Ales, Howard Town, Full Mash, Black Hole and Burton Bridge.
