I was looking for a reputable builder to build a loft conversion and an extension to house a kitchen to my 3 bedroom house. By chance I was talking to a guy in a pub, and he mentioned a builder he had used in the past.

I contacted Tees Valley Joinery on the number on a business card I had been given by the guy in the pub. Told the man on the end of the phone what I was looking for and we arranged a date for him to come and do a site measure enabling him to give me a quote for the proposed works.

Mr Parker turned up on the day in good time for our appointment, and proceeded to "look at the job" as he put it.

Within a week I had received a quote in the post which I thought was very reasonable.

Work started on the day Mr Parker had promised.

Mr parker was very knowledgeable and experienced at what he did. This was evident by the way he advised me of the rules and regulations governing planning and building regulations. I knew what I wanted the loft to look like as a finished project, and Mr Parker saw the problems and pitfalls of my ideas and quickly came up with viable solutions to the problems.

the loft conversion was built to a very high standard. I now have an en suite bedroom once occupied by a loft space.

The extension went without a hitch. there were a couple of minor problems which were quickly overcome by Mr Parker and his team.

He fitted the new kitchen to the highest standard, and I am very happy with his work. He and his team, although very big tea drinkers, were very courteous and eager to please.

I would whole heartedly reccomend Tees Valley Joinery to anybody.

I had my detached garage knocked down and rebuilt so it was attached to the house then had a bedroom with a double on suite built above also extended the kitchen and had my patio extended, the work was completed within the time scale i was given the mess was very minimum and the staff were very friendly and trustworthy will defiantly be using them again.
