Through various phone calls and E - mails I was able to (with much guidance from the Techant representative) obtain replacement parts to repair my laptop.
My laptop was given to the engineer , when he completed the work he informed me that the work had been done and costs involved .
We then made arrangements to return the laptop to me , this occurred in a very prompt & professional manner with no issues.

I am not computer minded but he had a lot of patience with me and explained everything in detail.
He is a very friendly person and I would not hesitate to recommend him

He carefully explained, how I could rectify it, should it happen again. Was punctual, polite and very approachable regards any problems I had or was having on my computer
