TCS attended a property we are looking after as executors of the estate to clean up after a flood caused by a blocked rainwater gully. Not only did they remove the floodwater but also the damaged carpet, and then went on to arrange for drying out, and all rectification work necessary. We were very pleased with their customer service and attention to detail.

When I phoned to get initial quote it was after hours and I had to leave a message on the answer phone. Gary called back early the following day and was very informative and agreed to come out the following day to give me a quote. The quote was on par with others so due his the fast initial response, Taunton Cleaning Services got the job.
A time was booked for a few days later and I'm please to say the end result was very good. All of the initial stains came out and the carpet looked as good as the day it was laid.

Carpet cleaned in through lounge and dining room area - also stairs. Specific stains of various kinds removed. Operative was knowledgeable, conscientious and helpful(moving furniture)All stains (some quite old ) were removed and carpet looked and smelt great afterwards. Would not hesitate to use service again or to recommend to anyone else
Never new how clean a carpet can be when you have 2 kids and a wife in the house. Great job gary well recommended to anyone how wants a good result carpets look new saved me alot of mony a+++++.
Our kids had made the dining room carpet dirty over time with all the odd bits of food that had dropped unnoticed from their chair/highchair or had been accidentally stepped on.
