The Tai Chi Qigong Health Centre was established in 1995, offering Tai Chi Qigong learning to customers throughout the UK. The Centre is based in Gorleston (Great Yarmouth). Promoting alternative disciplines for a healthier longer life.

The Tai Chi Qigong Health Centre (TCQHC) teaching encompasses three inseparable elements, which are: Tai Chi, Qigong and Relaxation. This combination forms the main body of the TCQHC learning program; embracing the Yang Cheng-fu and Yang Lu Chan forms as its main Tai Chi foundation. Specializing in simple but dynamic TaiChi and Qigong exercises, developing awareness, well being, learning to relax and to breathe correctly. Building the immune system to a natural level to cope with those persistent minor ailments most people suffer from.

The Centre is run by Colin and Mitzi Orr who have been involved in the Tai Chi Qigong Therapy industry for many years. Colin and Mitzi are well trained to teach groups and individuals, having 22 years plus teaching experience.
