5.0 out of 5 | Its great to have seen pearl go from its infancy to a fully functional, incredibly powerful system.
We currently have 2 shops and 2 websites running through pearl, all of which run very smoothly. It is only when you get into the depths of the system, that you get to fully appreciate how powerful it is.
Back in the early days there were a couple of times where the system had not worked quite how we would have expected or we uncovered the odd bug, but pearl's customer service has always been second to none and been really quick to sort it out.
Having spoken to other people who use similar systems to us for their own businesses, they have been staggered by how much pearl lets us do and see; live stock control, accounting, ordering and detailed web statistics are just a few of the features that their systems lack.
Overall I would say that if you want 1 system to use for all aspects of your business, pearl would be hard to beat.

The ability to manage all core aspects of the business - contacts, accounting, forecasting, purchasing, staff and sales - from anywhere with an internet connection makes the base system very useful and versitile. Almost as important as the product is the customer support, which is exemplary, and is alone a good reason to go for the system. We trust the complete Pearl package with every aspect of our business, and it does a great job of making the details of management easier whilst keeping you in touch with the big picture. Highly recommended. |
