Tom checked the timer and thermostat and offered suggestions about who else to contact. He carried it all out with a competent and friendly manner.

Tom sorted out the problem in no time and so I enquired about a problem with our kitchen spot light and he replaced the transformer on that too! We had tenants due to move into our flat and the electrics in our boiler broke.
Tom came out and saw the fault straight away, went away and brought the part back and fixed it the next day (only because we could not get back that day).Fast, efficient and great value for money. All on Good Friday too!

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - My elderly parents were in need of an electrician and t-lec was recommended to me. The service provided was absolutely 100% professional. As my parents are elderly and hard of hearing, they don’t always understand but Tom explained everything to my dad he had done and what the problem was.
I cannot rate t-lec high enough as there must be lots of people in my position with elderly parents who need somebody 100% trustworthy and reliable and t-lec certainly are.
I would certainly recommend t-lec and my dad (who isn’t the easiest person to please) would use again in an instant.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Installed a new single lantern lamp post light fitting and rewired existing triple lantern lamp post fitting. Rewired external socket & fused switch as earth was previously not connected correctly.
We were really impressed by how thorough Tom was in checking all the wiring to make sure the outdoor wiring was safe for us.
