Staff were very prompt, polite and very helpful. Were very patient with own lack of knowledge and were very patient, and managed to resolve and unexpected issue.
In terms of price very reasonable considering they came to my home and did everything on site

I called for assistance on a Saturday afternoon and someone was at my home within 10 minutes and set everything up in less than an hour. The charge was half of what the High Street computer stores would have charged and I have the bonus of free email assistance should I need it in the future. I would recommend SY2.

They fixed my home computer which was messed up by loads of virus and other programs. The best thing about the service was that they were quick and had that friendly touch to the service. The price of the service was great because I thought with the level of service would be expensive but it wasn't at all. They came to my home at the right time of the appointment and sorted my two laptops out and my wireless router. They also given me one to one chat about how to prevent hackers sending me viruses and how to protect my information to the net and the important files I have. The service as excellent and I would be glad to call them again for future problems on my laptop. Also I have told my friends and family about the service they do!
