Jenny Talkington MAR is a qualified, insured and highly experienced reflexologist who is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists passing exams with a credit after studying at the Oxford School of Reflexology in 1998.

Jenny's extensive experience and additional training in advanced and vertical reflexology has helped people from all over the UK with both acute and chronic disease, effective with a wide range of conditions including; stress related illnesses, infertility, pregnancy and antenatal care, sleep disorders, migraine, depression, digestive disorders (including IBS), chronic fatigue (M. E), back pain and many more.

She is also trained and qualified in NLP Life Coaching, Massage and Reiki Master Reflexology has been practised for thousands of years in Egypt, Japan, China and South America, the technique being effective by stimulating the correct points on the feet or hands, bringing balance to the whole body not just a particular part of the body.

Reflexologists do not diagnose, prescribe or make any claims to “heal”. The reflex reaction to the treatment brings about the body’s own healing equilibrium.
