I have been dealing with Sweet Memories for a few years now and I can honestly say that their customer service and the grading of their LPs are exceptionally good. They are my first choice when looking for vinyl to add to my collection and I would have no hesitation what so ever in recomending them to new customers

 Company Response :
You bought a cheap VG copy which was accuately dscribed on our wensite grading chart = The surface and/or cover/sleeve may show visible signs of wear due to the fact that it has been played on a regular basis. There MAY be some audible surface marks that cause some crackles and pops, but this will not effect the listening experience too much - This is exactly what you got and if you did not want it, had the option to return it for a full refund. Kind Regards, Nick Courtney (owner)

Brilliant and honest record store, superbly quick service and the record arrived in exactly the condition it was described as. Was especially pleased that the record was cleaned before mailing. Will definitely use Sweet Memories again.

I am an avid record collector living in the USA. I particularly enjoy English classic rock, the result of having spent 10+ years in London as a youngster in the 60s. Beatles, Stones, Jethro Tull, Traffic, The Who, Ten years After ... the list goes on and on. Over the past 2 years, I have purchased online 100+ records from Sweet Memories, and last year visited their shop. I occasionally buy from eBay and other UK vinyl websites, but Sweet Memories is by far my preferred store. Service is prompt and friendly; quality of their records is consistently excellent and gradings are very accurate. You can depend on Nick and his staff at Sweet Memories.

I turned to Sweet Memories to fill the gaps in my 70's record collection. I have to say that service has always been prompt and most records and sleeves are in excellent condition considering some are nearly 40 years old! Certainly what I like is the fact that each record comes ready cleaned and in the best condition possible. I have bought from other sources that don't provide this service and you can tell. So in that respect I guess a pound or two extra is worth it. You get what you pay for and I think that generally prices are very competative. So as far as I'm concerned Sweet Memories is pretty much the best online record dealers I've come accross.

£6 TO £10 is the price range that I would like to buy at.

However, I do expect to pay more for the rarer records I want.

I regularly buy new and second hand records from around the world and Sweet Memories is undoubtedly my preferred vendor. The grading is always accurate and reliable. The price is always fair. The service (cleaning and dispatch) exceptional.

I've bought loads of vinyl from sweet memories over the last few years, certainly more than 50 lp's and i've never been let down by them - not once.

Wish i could say the same about other traders but sadly not, i've become quite jaded with new vinyl, i've now got quite a number of 180 gm re-releases or recent material and many are warped or just poor sounding, with the exception of the couple of classic records 200gm pressings of Led-zeppelin lp's i've got.

Dont know if that quite justifys the 150 quid the pair cost though! sweet memories seem an amazing bargain when you can get the original in mint (and flat) condition for a fraction of the cost.

I've never met Nick as im in Scotland and he aint, but he is definately a pleasure to do business with by internet, thanks Nick.

I have bought on e-bay and have found the quality wanting............definitely not worth the money. There is no substitute for quality. The best way to market your records is to build value to your service. 5 reasons to buy from Sweet Memories.............

Good luck
