I had come to the end of my tether with my hair, I had gone from dark brown hair to blonde and my hair had broken off it was very dry and very damaged. I usually use clip in extensions but even they looked unnatural due to how short and thin my hair had become and then my friend recommended Sussex Hair extensions.
I went for my first consultation and I had millions of questions to ask as when you are as fussy as me and paying out a lot of money for your hair to be done it has to be right and I have to trust someone with my hair. I made an appointment to have my bonds removed and even though I had had my hair done somewhere else, the service I received here was outstanding! Dawn spent hours ensuring all my bonds were out in a very efficent manner even though it was a very time consuming and delicate procedure and in effect, she was correcting someone else's mistake!

i had micro ring hair extentions fitted about a week ago and before I went there I was worried they were going to look fake but dawn was very helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. My hair is all different colour blondes and very thick and Dawn managed to match the hair extentions to my exact hair colour. I now love them so much and dont ever want to get rid of them. People say how natural they look and im always getting compliments. If your looking to get hair extentions done then go to Dawn she is amazing :).
I had micro rings fitted this week and could not be happier! I have highlights with lots of different blonde tones and Dawn managed to match the extensions perfectly! Dawn is very professional and really knows everything about hair extensions! She explains exactly how you can keep your extensions looking brand new and sells all the products needed to achieve this! When I went for my consultation, dawn explained everything to me, different types of hair, different techniques, everything. She really does know her hair! I searched for hours online trying to find somewhere professional and good value for money! Thankfully I came across Dawn and Sussex Hair/SOS Beauty, after going in for a consultation and colour match I was so excited about having the microring hair extensions put in! Dawn quoted me an amazing price and her product knowledge and passion put me at ease right away, the colour match and quality of hair is second to none! Dawn is very professional and keeps the studio in perfect condition! The end result was 1000x better than I had expected, the hair blends perfectly and I've had so many compliments about how natural it looks! Dawn is a true professional. I've always been self-conscious of my thinning hair and Dawn was sensitive to my needs and gave me exactly what I imagined my hair should look like. I have been using hair extensions for a number of years but needed to find someone new to fit them as I had had a few problems. I have been wearing the Russian hair for around 5 weeks now. The quality is unbelievable- it does not shed and stays so silky. Dawn is so lovely and makes you feel instantly welcome. I shall be returning to her on a regular basis to keep my hair in top condition! I have had so many compliments and the colour match is so amazing people do not even realise I am wearing extensions!
