The Style Icon team which is headed by Natalie Robinson, has a strong work ethic geared towards providing the utmost customer service. Natalie worked as a personal shopper for many years within a top departmental store. With a background of 10 years within the fashion / customer service industry, Natalie prides herself in exceeding all customer needs. Natalie has worked with Trinny and Susannah, and has styled many TV personalities. The Style Icon team is available around the clock to answer any of your fashion queries. The Style Icon team meets all clients beforehand to discuss their wardrobe requirements. Based on the consultation, the team then selects items for the client in preparation for the personal shopping day. During the appointment, style tips are given, complimentary lunch, champagne and a beauty treatment. For clients who prefer a home consultation, the Style Icon team spends 3 hours going through their wardrobe, eliminating unwanted items. A personal shopping trip is included in this package with the aim of shopping for new pieces.
