A home based appointment was arranged and I was visited by an adviser who sat with me and talked through my requirements, we discussed a rang of options that could suit my needs. A further appointment was arranged and options were provided, having the choice of mortgages with and without mortgage related set-up fees. Within no time the mortgage was chose, and the paperwork underway and before I knew it all had been completed.
