The company is managed by Lesley and Gordon Dever who have been involved in the counselling and training industry for many years. Lesley is a Senior Accredited MBACP, UKRCP counsellor who also has many years experience in coaching and the design and delivery of training and group facilitation. Gordon's role is to research and design the transport and excursion elements of the breaks, having previously worked for the RAC and as a trainer in the driving sector he also holds an advanced driving qualification.
Stepping Off has an expanding network of clients some who choose to have follow up sessions by Skype or telephone when they return home, they come from all over the UK and mainland Europe as well as further afield, including North America.
