Stagestruck Dance Academy is an energetic organisation offering Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Acrobatic, Street Dance and 'Dance with Melody Bear' classes to children from 2 1/2 years old throughout the local area. The Academy, which is located in it's own studios in Nunthorpe (Middlesbrough), was opened in 2005 and it's fully qualified teachers have many years experience in the Dance and Performing Arts and Gymnastics profession.

We offer a wide range of classes for children, with professional and qualified teachers. The Academy's building houses 2 studios fitted with mirrors and ballet barres, dressing room, snack bar and small dancewear shop within it's premises. The friendly and expert staff ensure all children feel valued and happy in their class while working towards Exams and regular performances. The school is proud of it's 100 percent Exam pass rate and of the enthusiastic response of it's performance audiences every time.

With a close-knit unit of 3 hard working and skilled teachers, Stagestruck Dance Academy has a professional team, qualified with Northern Counties Dance Teachers Association and British Gymnastics Association. Our teachers hold CRB disclosures and are committed to child protection and safe teaching methods.

The company is owned by Stephanie Hunwick and Victoria Jennings who have been involved in the Dance business for many years. Having previously trained at The Legat School of Russian Ballet in Kent and SLP College of Performing Arts in Leeds and after dancing professionally, Stephanie and Vicki are more than qualified to run the school.
