I personally believe that it is Springmedia's business knowledge and experience that gave them an ‘edge’ in designing well researched and user friendly web services.
Another element that has led to the success of this site is their ability to study and keep on top of current market trends, (and the competition), that may affect the usability of the site. Their marketing advice is extremely well qualified and their technical skills and support services are of a very high level! We will definitely be using them again for further projects.
