Spellestial is a new small yet exciting retail shop offering gifts and clothing plus esoteric and exotic, high quality yet low priced wicca, gothic, feng shui, dragons, fairies, angels, bath products and much more to a wide variety of customers throughout the local area. The shop, which is located in Longton (Stoke-on-trent), was set up in 2008 and is relatively new in the gothic and alternative gifts business. Spellestial is a family orientated and based company that believes customer service is as important as the quality of the goods that the shop sells.
The shop supplies a wide range of gifts and alternative clothing and accessories that are handcrafted either by fair trade, local artists and crafts persons or supplied by reliable suppliers and the aim is to sell high quality goods at prices most people can afford. The products are all supplied with a welcoming and personal polite touch where the customer comes first, making them just right for a wide range of customers of all ages, and incomes, and they are available from the shop and which can soon be reserved from the website too.
With a close-knit staff team of 4 friendly employees, Spellestial has a mixed team of friendly individuals who have been brought together through their same interests in the products that Spellestial sells, the employees are from various age ranges and are dedicated to supplying a high quality of service to the customer, they wish to serve the buyer as they would like to be served themselves. Spellestial has an expanding group of customers, situated in and around Stoke-on-trent, including public, media representatives, psychics, mediums, alternative therapists, paranormal groups and families. The small business aims to supply the general public with a professional gift and alternative clothing experience and has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere where shopping is a happy stress free experience. The friendly staff allow customers to enhance their knowledge, home, lifestyle and occasional clothing.
The business is owned by Dru Hughes who has wanted to start this family business in the gothic and alternative gifts sector for many years. Having previously been interested in the types of things sold, after the death of his father Dru decided to fulfil his dream.

4.3 out of 5 | On arrival outside spellestial i was shocked at how small the shop looked, i was sure there wouldn't be room inside for the items i required, but however, on entering the shop, i entered a lovely atmosphere, there was a more than excitedly relaxing music cd playing, which i later found out could be brought from the shop too. The staff were extremely welcoming and even though i found myself being in there shop for over an hour talking about products, of which i had never heard about some of them but was so amazed at how cheap they were considering the amount of quality in the items, when i ask if they had my item in, they sad fully told me they hadn't, but they could order it for me , they rang me a week later and told me they had my items in stock, when i went down to the shop i was pleslantly surprised by the amount of information they knew about my items. i must stress at this point that my items where no order nary items, i asked for Pacific candles with very pacific scent and colour, of which they made these for me, also a book on witch craft, all in all , i would recommend this company to the max, i live in kent and was only in stoke on trent for my sisters wedding, i didn't expect i would come all the way from kent just to pick my items back, but since i have, i must confess that i have travelled the distance many times to see my sister and pop in on the friendly staff to put my next order in , definitely worth a visit.!!! 5.0 out of 5 | I have nothing but high praise for Spellestial and the staff. They are always friendly, very helpful and you can have a really good laugh with them. If you can't find what you're looking for or they haven't got an item in stock they will go out of their way to get it for you. It is also a pleasure to shop there because they really do know about everything they sell and what their true meanings are unlike other shops that don't have a clue. They also have monthly competitions which is an added bonus plus they have everything under one store eg. crystals, spiritual angels, fairies, buddas, dream catchers etc so you don't need to go to different shops. I absolutely love Spellestial and will continue to shop there and would honestly, with hand on heart, recommend everyone to visit the store and the fantastic members of staff.
