He was always punctual and honest and took time to help us encapsulate out ideas. He even suggested several options we hadn't even thought of and got us discounts on flooring and other bits to finish off the project. We never felt at all pressurised and he was more than happy to come back. The work was performed exceptionally quickly (4 weeks start to finish)and to a very high standard. 4.7 out of 5 | Jason and the team replied to my initial enquiry very quickly. They offered the most thorough and comprehensive initial assessment, which is why we chose them to undertake the work.
Their commitment to customer service was so good that they contacted me even when they were in hospital having a child!
They started work on the agreed date and kept me informed of progress being made and some additional work that required completing regarding insulation of cavities above the garage. This was completed at no extra charge to me.
Work was delayed due a utilities subcontractor not fulfilling their obligations on time, but the work was completed on schedule to a very high standard to the original timescales.
The team were quick to respond to any questions or queries that I had a left the house clean, tidy, safe and secure every night.
