Southsea School of Tai Chi Chuan Yang Style and Wudang Style - Martial ArtsSouthsea School of Tai Chi provides training in the Yang and Wudang style of Tai Chi Chuan as well as other health improving techniques Qi Gong.
Courses are run from a number of locations in and around Portsmouth and cater for all ages, the gentle nature of the technique makes it suitable for people with or without health problems who would be unable to partake of more strenuous activities. Yet at the same time it builds strength and improves poise and balance allowing participants to develop at their own pace.
The school also provides an extensive practice of the inetrnal martial aspect. This is for the more active students or for the ones who would like to take their martial Tai chi practice further.
The school is fully insured with qualified, highly trained instructors providing a safe, disciplined and friendly environment in which to learn and train.
