5.0 out of 5 | We have used Southgate for a few years now for airport transfer and highly recommend them. The service is always excellent. Always reliable and the driver is helpful, courteous and friendly. Just knowing that the car will be there waiting for you at the end of a long haul flight makes for a stress free return home. The water bottles are also a lifesaver when dehydrated after hours spent on a plane!
In fact it feels like we are met by a friend now rather than just a car with driver. |

5.0 out of 5 | As we had planned a holiday sailing from Southampton on the Queen Mary to New York we booked Southgate Chauffeur Services to take us from our home to the ship and to collect us from Southampton on our return to take us back home to Aldwick in West Sussex. We got a good feeling from the start when we received a courtesy call the day before our departure confirming the arrangements. The driver arrived promptly and insisted in loading our baggage into a very smart,immaculate Mercedes for the very smooth journey to Southampton. On our return we received an early morning call to the Ship from the Company indicating where the driver would be waiting to collect us at arrivals, all very impressive.
