Hence the 5 for service! (also he had a card machine with him so I didn't have to go the cash point in the rain!).
The value for money is excellent, I was expecting a slightly higher charge, since it was a call out to my home, but the price was on par with, if not beating quotes I had had from shops up city road in Cardiff.
The quality of the screen replacement and the fitting, was excellent also. Prior to the new screen being fitted the old one would move around slightly and you could hear it clunk as you put the laptop under your arm(for example)this seems to have stopped now the new screen is fitted.
All in all, very good!
