Stacey of South Downs Pilates is a Body Control Pilates certified teacher and a member of REP's (register of exercise professionals level 3). She continues to add to her training with Body Control Pilates, REP's, Lynn Robinson and Alan Herdman workshops and courses.
Pilates is the ultimate mind-body workout. Working to strengthen and lengthen the body, Pilates gives a more toned and flexible physique, as well as allowing the opportunity to relax and focus purely on yourself.
Pilates challenges the fit, yet is gentle enough to support rehabilitation work, and help special conditions such as pregnancy and osteoporosis.
With regular sessions, clients will gain a valuable insight into how their body works. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body – which spills over into other areas of life.

Pilates helps to reshape your body, which will become longer, leaner and more toned. Pilates can improve posture, achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility.
