Somerset and Dorset Energy Assessors Association - Energy Performance Certificate CompanySomerset and Dorset Energy Assessors Association (SDEAA) is a fast growing co-operative of Independent Energy Assessors offering a direct service to Solicitors, Estate Agents and Homeowners throughout the area and the ajacent counties.
Having contact with over 100 Domestic Energy Assessors / Home Inspectors working in the area and the surrounding counties ensures that requests for Energy Performance Certificates or Home Condition Reports are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Prompt action enables a Solicitor or Estate to bring the property to market in the shortest time frame. Every step of the process is supported and monitored using the latest online and SMS technology which combined with the co-operative's professional attitude is designed to meet the requirements of the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007.
Membership of SDEAA is open to independent Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors operating in the Somerset and Dorset areas. DEAs and HIs currently in training may register with SDEAA but will be unable to undertake Surveys until such time accreditation is granted.
Solicitors, Estate Agents and Home Owners requiring the services of an Energy Assessor may order surveys through the SDEAA web site. SDEAA will then make contact using SMS (text message) and email with the next available Inspector for that post code and an appointment made to complete the survey at a suitable time.
