I couldn't be happier with the service, and they made the whole day cheerful and easy.

5.0 out of 5 | The company that I am working for as a liason officer selected Smart move to carry out removals for residents in a sheltered housing provision. This was required due to major works being carried out in the 21 flats within the scheme on a week by week basis. Smart move 'decanted' each resident to another shelltered housing scheme and a week later brought back their belongings.
Obviously this was a time of great upheaval and stress for these elderly people, who were entrusting us with all there belongings.
This whole process over a has proceeded with no problems whatsoever, the residents are delighted with the care and attension given to them and the service that was provided. Mat and his team have gone above and beyond our expectations and its due to them that this whole project has gone so smoothly and with such thought and care. I would recormend Smart move to anyone and should I ever need their services would use myself. Thankyou so much, you have been a pleasure to work with.

5.0 out of 5 | What can I say, we moved 15th Nov a Sunday, no extra charge for a weekend *Bonus* also as an exchange I got a call the day before to say as I also had help they would take off a bloke and get us an extra van, Huge bonus!!!! no extra cost again, the day began with the guys on time, smiling, and ready to go...they were great fun, great hard workers, done extra maybe thats included I do not know but they went above and beyond in my book.. professional throughout with the added bonus of a sense of humour By god did these guys work!!

This was my first house move and even in the pouring rain the experience was stress free, efficient and professional. I contacted several firms before my move and most were bureaucratic and impersonal, requiring complicated forms and other information. Matt made all this really simple and made a difficult move easy. His team packed all my things without me there, moved them carefully and speedily, and unpacked thoroughly. cheerfully moving my furniture around the house to where I wanted it, and taking boxes and packaging away at the end! What more could you ask for?! And at a very reasonable price! |
