SMARTit is a dynamic business that provides small to medium businesses with computer support, consultancy, training and repair services throughout the south of England. The company has been established for many years and has experience with Microsoft desktop and server products and solutions. The Company has just rebranded from previously being called SC Security with a fresh image and name.
The company has expert staff with a lot of experience. Helping clients to enjoy their computer(s) without the worries of who to call when it all goes wrong, their service is guaranteed to be relaxing and enjoyable.
SMARTit's engineers are dynamic and to ensure the highest level of service are Microsoft Certified.
Hours of Business
SMARTit are open for business from 8:00 to 6:00 Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 6:00 Saturday and are closed Sunday.

1.0 out of 5 | I am about to issue Legal Proceeding against this company for lack of diligence. I employed an independent network engineer to confirm my belief that the setup of my server was incorrect and I am surprised this company quotes a number of engineers as that is not my understanding of the company situation. I was also overcharged for downloadable software by about 200%
Response to comment: Mr Monckton has done nothing to resolve the problems he left me with and just phoned me to tell I will not win a court case as it's my word against his and my independent engineer can't be qualified as his invoice was too cheap. He also stated he sold me the wrong version of the software by mistake due to his supplier and the version was more expensive. He is trying to have my review removed as biased and unproven and feels adverse reviews should not be permitted. I don't agree or this site is pointless. |
| | Company Response : We would like to inform customers that we have done everything posible to resolve Mr Spink's issues, it is with regret he is now proceeding to legal matters but we have done everything asked including fully refunding for software the vendor did not inform us was on a special 1/2 price offer. |

But I can say that I am very happy with the computer and the price I paid for it. In the past, we have used the services of a number of other individuals and companies. In the main, whilst still charging for work, they were unable to fix many of the problems that we have experienced with our computers over the years. Finally, after many years of searching, we have found someone in whom we have confidence. It is for that reason, that we have responded in the way that we have above. 4.7 out of 5 | I called SC Security when my PC's power supply blew, and Richard promised to come and pick it up and replace the PSU within 3 days. He returned it in 2 days, working perfectly, and in better condition than he'd found it. Unfortunately the problem turned out to be terminal, however Richard rang back to check how it was going, and offered a lot of useful advice on how to try and revive the machine. 4.7 out of 5 | Richard Monckton from SC Security Ltd were contacted as we were having big problems with our computer. We were told that they would be round once an expected delivery was received.. Though that delivery was late Richard had the courtesy of ringing us to keep us informed of what time they would be able to call. When Richard arrived he was very polite and it seemed to be no hassle for him to have me quiz him as he checked the computer, explaining what he was doing as he was. Once sorted, Richard made sure that all external connection's ie camera, printer and MP3 connected properly.
