Slimming World - Birmingham - Weight LossSlimming World is a Slimming Club where a meeting is held with other members who want to lose weight safely and effectively by eating normal every day foods.
Never again will separate meals have to be cooked for individuals, as the whole family can all eat the same.
It's not even a diet, it's a healthy eating plan, where by just making changes to shopping, cooking and eating, the weight will start to drop off.
All the support, care and the motivation that is needed will be given not only from your consultant but also from your fellow members.
Other classes run by myself are held at Hatchford Brook School, Solihll and Shelly Farm Community Centre and Monkspath.
