Siplicity Voice and Data Ltd installed, programmed and fully commissioned a NEC XN120 Telephone System in our new office with 12 handsets, voicemail and automated attendant facility. From quote stage, to planning to installation Siplicity Voice and Data were always helpful, very informative and professional. Since installation they now handle our maintenance and we have only had one fault in 2 years which was caused by a faulty existing BT line. Even though it was not a fault with the system Siplicity installed they advised the course of action to take and constantly monitored the progress of it being fixed. Simplicity installed a new phone system for us and a few years later they made some alterations professionally and within a specific time scale which was very important to us.
