Established in 2006, Simply Massage specialises in sports and remedial massage, deep tissue massage and on-site chair massage to clients throughout the St Albans area.
Massage treatments are available in the client's own home, at their work place or at the Verulam Clinic, 118 Victoria street, St Albans AL1 3TG.
The company is run by Stan Rechcigl who has been involved in the sports massage trade for many years. Stan is experienced enough to manage the company, having previously worked for premiership rugby club, athletics club, London marathon and London triathlon.
