The company is managed by Simon Allen who has been involved in the Ecommerce trade for many years. Simon Allen is experienced enough to run the company, having previously worked for Entranet and Cedalion.
With a small and dedicated team of five skilled staff members, Shopfitter Ecommerce has a professional team, qualified in all areas of business and development.

As there is a maximum charge ceiling, many orders are free of charge. With no upfront costs, if you build your own commercial website, Shopfitter is ideal for new websites and existing websites wanting top quality software at least cost.
We have been with Shopfitter for a few years now and have grown by 400%. Throughout this period, we have increased our product range considerably. This required updates to our website and Shopfitter have always been there to 'hand hold' and give advice freely. On occasion, we have needed some odd little bits of work done for us at no charge or a small nominal charge( and well worth the few Pounds too). With the amount of space allocated it is difficult to see any need to move away from Shopfitter and we would not want to move away because of the excellent service provided.
To use the Shopfitter product you do not need to be a Software Engineer or even a 'Webmaster'
The software is intuitive and exceptionally well designed for ease of use. Once you understand how easy it is to use and become familiar with it, it is no more difficult than typing a letter with a word processor.
Of utmost importance to us has been 'Search Engine Optimisation' (SEO) and the Shopfitter software maximises SEO. Put all your keywords in the relevant places and make your site content rich. The software tells you much of this, enthusiastic assistance is always available and they can include your site in their Internet subsidiary sites for even more exposure.
The best recommendation we can make? Our dealings with Shopfitter have paid huge dividends to us; we will be sticking with them.

There are so many companies out there offering their services but it all seemed a bit of a minefield until we discovered Shopfitter. This is a super company. The level of help and support offered was second to none and advice is given in a friendly and unpatronising way. The Shopfitter Team are always available to asnwer questions, offer suggestions and support you through the initial stages until you are compenetant to build and develop your on-in shop successfully. You can work at a pace which suits you and the fact that the software is free and you only pay a nominal sum on results is very attractive for smaller companies with limited time and resources. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shopfitter to anyone who plans to develop a Mail Order business and we have been absolutely delighted with the results; we have the Shop looking exactly as we would wish, tailored to our own web site design. Shopfitter certainly works for us!
