Shirley works as an integrative counsellor from a private practice in West Wellow supporting
the full range of emotional issues, which include:-
Anger Management
Anxiety
Bereavement
Depression
Relationships
Stress
Self Esteem

The company hold an advanced diploma in integrative counselling, am a qualified life skills
trainer accredited by the open college network and hold an enhanced CRB check as required by
law to work with minors and the elderly.

The company offer a comprehensive counselling services to both adults and young people from
the age of 10. They use a combination of Person Centred, Pyschodynamic and Cognitive
Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to affect change.
The relationship between counsellor and client is based on trust and for this reason Shirley
provides an initial assessment session in order to get to know each other.
Can offer both long and short term therapy dependant on the issues presented and your needs.

Shirley Tarran is a member of The British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, as well as being a member of the Hampshire Association of Counsellors. Shirley has an advanced diploma in integrative counselling as well as being a trainer qualified with the open college network.

Shirley was always very professional and friendly. She was very perceptive in asking relevant questions that helped me find solutions to my issues. I felt very at ease talking to Shirley on some very sensitive issues.
