| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - I can confirm that Shaw Lets have found me tenants for three properties recently. A house and two apartments. I had let my properties myself and although I had carried out credit checks the tenants had all let me down and vacated owing money. Shaw Lets have a strict code and only people with clean credit ratings and proof of previous adresses employment etc. pass their criteria. I was very pleased with the rents that Shaw Lets achieved for me £850pm for a three bedroom apartment £600pm for a small 3 bed house and £500pm for a 2 bed apartment. The service that Nicola provides is excellent, she is very professional but also very friendly. Nicola is pro active and she cares for her clients and understands their needs. I have recommended Shaw Lets to professional landlords who have also been very pleased with the quality of Tenants that have been found. I can honestly say that Shaw Let's offer a service that is excellent.

I had various requests to put to the company and did not expect that they would be able to help me with my enquiry. On the contrary, I was met with excellent assistance from Nicola, the Managing Director who went out of her way to help me and make my job easier. She negociated a very reasonable price for me, gave me concise information about every aspect of the let and always kept me in the loop. I would certainly recommend Shaw Lets to friends and collegues.
