| 2.35 2.3 out of 5 - I am currently still waiting for the croquet set that I ordered, with express delivery, on Sunday. It's now Wednesday at 5pm. Originally I was told that Sunday doesn't count so one-day delivery would get here on Tuesday. Then I was informed that it wasn't picked up to be delivered so it would be here on Wednesday, and that they'd tell me when as soon as they knew. They said that it would be here before midday. Not only has it not arrived yet, but I have had no contact from them at all today, I've emailed them several times, I've left a message on their answerphone, but all to no avail. What is especially incredibly frustrating is that their phone number goes straight to answerphone every time, so you can't phone them and have words, you just have to sit around in you flat all day wondering whether your mother's birthday present is going to arrive at all.

In the event of delays, they have been on the ball and have usually resolved the delay before we contacted them. I wish shops were as helpful and customer orientated as Send Me Toys are.
