Selsey Beach house - Holiday HomeSelsey Beach House has a seafront location, is situated only 10 yards from the sea, with direct access to the beach.
On the Ground Floor there is a:
Sitting Room with wood-burning stove (fuel for the stove is available locally), DVD / CD player and Radio and patio doors overlooking the sea.
Dining room and kitchen, with a Gas cooker, microwave and washing machine.
Two bedrooms - 1 double, 1 twin.
Bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and basin and a separate toilet.
There stairs leading to a roof room containing 2 single beds, this room enjoys views over the sea.
The house offers superb panoramic views of the sea and Isle of Wight, from the garden and through the large windows and patio doors, which open on to a decked area, ideal for enjoying an aperitif while watching the sunset.
Selsey has shops, pubs and restaurants, some serving freshly caught fish.
Chichester Marina is close by, as is Pagham Nature Reserve - a haven for birds and wildlife.
Chichester, with its Cathedral, tea rooms, boutiques, cinema complex and the Chichester Festival Theatre, and Goodwood / Fontwell Race Course are about 15 minutes drive.
The picturesque village of Bosham has tearooms and an antiques emporium.
At Arundel one can visit Arundel Castle and Gardens, or the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.
