Sefton Villa offers luxurious accommodation in a beautifully restored Victorian house. It is situated on the edge of Sefton Park in a quiet, leafy area of the city and has been a family home for over 25 years. It is a 10 minutes bus ride from the city centre and just 20 minutes from John Lennon airport.
Available since 2008, the accommodation currently offered is one very spacious double room, decorated to a high standard and furnished in period style with king-sized bed and en-suite with shower. The breakfast room overlooks a mature and abundantly planted walled garden that guests are welcomed to explore. The garden opens to the public for the N. G. S. Charity as part of the Sefton Park Gardens.
Guests can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome at Sefton Villa. The owner, who was a teacher of art and design for over 30 years, makes every effort to ensure your stay is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Guests can expect to find hand made soaps with your towels, home made cake and fresh fruit alongside your coffee and tea tray and home grown fruit used in delicious breakfast compotes and fruit salads. French couple visiting England, we spent a marvellous night by Pat's house! Wonderful welcome, great room, home-made soap and cookies... and a so nice breakfast!
Thanks for all, this place is the best I've ever seen in England!

This B&B is an absolute find. I have been staying around Liverpool this year at a variety of B&Bs while on a course at the university. I found Sefton Villas a few months ago and really wish I'd discovered it earlier, it is the best of the lot. I wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else, infact, the last time I couldn't get in I actually travelled back home rather than stay elsewhere! If you like to feel cared about and be in an environment that is cared about this is the place. Relaxed, spotless, quiet, full of character and very well run. Thanks very much for a great stay, Pat, Fantastic.Read More

This has to be the best B & B in Liverpool. Beautiful large bedroom and modern en suite with shower. The house is lovely - bright breakfast room - pretty garden - delicious breakfast - so many lovely little touches like the homemade soap and cake waiting for us when we arrived. Pat, the owner welcomed us with such hospitality and warmth. This is our base in Liverpool now when we visit our relatives. We couldn't stay anywhere else!Read More
