Founded in 2001, SBR Consulting has 23 years of experience in the Sales Training sector, and provides consultancy and sales and management training to clients throughout the UK, Europe and North America. The company is based in London but undertakes projects worldwide.

Using real life experience SBR Consulting's team, have all led sales teams successfully and continue to sell everyday, offering a professional consultancy service to businesses. The consulting and sales training SBR Consulting provide is designed to help sales professionals and leaders to achieve their goals, helping clients in industries including professional consulting, finance, media, recruitment, direct sales and education.

SBR Consulting creates bespoke sales programmes to help any company increase sales through building their most valuable asset - their people. SBR have a unique four stage approach (adressed individually or jointly); researching, consulting, creating and embedding. They undertake thorough analysis of their clients' businesses, consult with them over their findings and then create and deliver bespoke programmes, for example, sales and sales leadership / sales mangement programmes. SBR Consulting is the sales consultancy arm of Southwestern Consulting within which there are five specialist practices including sales consultancy, sales coaching, sales leadership coaching, sales management training, keynote speakers and public sales conference.

SBR Consulting's parent corporation, the Southwestern Company, was established in 1868 and now has 16 companies within it. SBR Consulting was formed in 2002 by Lars Tewes (Managing Director) because of Southwestern's long-standing reputation in helping their thousands of alumni achieve long-term sales success. Lars Tewes started his career with Southwestern's Direct Sales division and has since been involved in setting up three of Southwestern's European companies. He has worked within the Sales Training industry for 23 years and is passionate about professional selling, including managing sales teams.

SBR Consulting's team are all passionate about sales and have a true understanding of sales issues, having led and managed sucessful sales teams and consulted in a range of industries.
