Established in 2010, Sasha's Hair and Beauty has many years experience in the health and beauty line of work, and provides one of the best hairdressing services to clients throughout the local area. The company is situated in Moseley (Birmingham). Enabling clients to feel good about themselves throughout the year, the company provides individuals with a professional beauty care service. With state-of-the-art facilities and expert staff, the services are intended to improve customers lives within a budget they can afford. Sasha's Hair and Beauty has an expanding customer base, located around Birmingham, including many customers that do not want a high street chain level of service which cannot meet their needs.
Recent customer reviews | 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - Had my little girls birthday party here NEVER again was the worst party I have ever held. There were 2 girls carrying out the treatments on 10 girls so the 8 that werent having treatments were bored out of there heads. A karaoke machine was in the room however they had the radio on no good when the girls want to dance, the 'light snacks' were 2 yes 2 packets of crisps between 10 of them. It was also stated that if 10 children attended the party there would be a birthday cake included this was not the case as was told that it was supposed to be ordered (nowhere on my paperwork did it state this). I also opted to pay exrtra for the chocolate fountain which no fruit or marshmellows were provided so the kids ate all the chocolate with there fingers. Again I was told that was also my fault as I was supposed to supply this at no point was I told this. The only treatments the girls had were nail varnish a bit of makeup and hair definatley not worth £10 per head!
Overall I was deeply dissapointed and my poor daughter told me it was her wors birthday ever.

| 3.05 3.0 out of 5 - I have visited this salon on several occasions last year to have hair extensions, which at the time the lady carrying out this service was excellent, but had to have my hair relaxed also which was a disaster (hair over processed. Unfortunately, several months later, I decided to try them again, as previously I was told it could have been the fault of the relaxer and not the person carrying out the task... Disaster struck again, my hair was over processed again (service carried out by the same person above) and have been left with damaged and broken hair. When I did report the matter, communication between the hair salon and myself was good and they suggested hair treatment. Unfortunately, I believe it was too late as the damage had already been done... Took the offer of the treatment, was not charged for that process, but was charged for wash and blow dry; I thought someone would have contacted me to determine whether the treatment had helped and whether a follow up would be advisable. I have come to the conclusion that there seem to be no after care service and would prefer not to use them again.
