Therapeutic massage can be booked for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Indian Head Massage takes 45 minutes.
Reiki takes about an hour, and is a very relaxing treatment, which is ideal for stress and its related conditions and other conditions which cannot be massaged.

4.7 out of 5 | I have suffered with back and neck problems for many years visiting osteopaths or physiotherapists on numerous occasions. Two years ago I started going to Sarah for a regular massage and with her skills and wealth of knowledge I have found my problems much improved.
I have always found Sarah's approach to be very professional and with her pleasant manner and caring attitude I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

4.7 out of 5 | I have been having regular 4 weekly massages with Sarah for about 5 years now. I suffer with severe arthritis in my neck and shoulders following a car accident 14 years ago when I was in my 30's. Before having the massages I suffered pain of some form all the time and stiffness of the joints. Now I alternate regular back massage with Indian head massage and find this is the best treatment for me. I rarely am in pain and any stiffness is usually mild now. Sarah has helped me greatly with her caring approach and the regular treatment means she is aware of any areas which are in need of extra help.
