Phoning and speaking to the tax office for over an hour was a complete waste of time. On contacting Sarah, she dealt with the tax office and secured a welcome refund. Sarah has always been efficient, helpful and took the tax worry and associated stress away from me. Her cost for undertaking the work was minimal and I have no hesitation in recommending her services.
