A big thank you to SAFEGUARD UK. What a company recently had all new windows and doors installed, soffit and guttering replaced. From start to finish Manny the sales rep no pressure just a low price and left us to consider price. The installation team AJ and TONY clean professional and hard working nothing was to much trouble for them many thanks to them I would recommend this company to anyone Many thanks SAFEGUARD uk.

Ordered 4 windows and a door; wrong glass was fitted in door and panel had to be replaced, 2 panes of glass in 2 separate windows were damaged and had to be replaced and when one of the panes were replaced the fitters damaged the frame which had to be replaced but what annoyed us more than anything, the fitter was seen damaging the frame but later tried to blame someone else.

Company response : Mr Barnsley your instlation is PERFECT i am aware we got the wrong glass design in the door which we replaced straight away, the glass unit which you said had a mark on we replaced even though 2 people that came out to see it could not see anything on the glass. The window which had a mark on it we belive it was caused by the kitchen fitters leaning the new units againt the new window which we replaced straight away.

We are delighted with our new conservatory which was provided by safeguard uk windows of birmingham.
The firm who made a great effort to fully understand our requirements, produced a very competitive bid for the work, and then brought in the project on time, at cost and with a great amount of 'customer care'.
We have no hesitation whatsoever in strongly recommending this company to anyone in the midlands area.

We are very impressed with our new windows, we had fitted from safeguard uk windows we ordered these 3 weeks ago and chose the new A rated version, the installers were polite at all times used dust sheets all over our house and took real care.
We are very happy with safeguard uk.

We are really pleased with the work safeguard uk windows has done for us all the windows and the conservatorey are excellent. The fitters did a very clean job and were tidy. the person that came to see us from the company manny was fantastic to they never pestered us at all just gave us a quote and waited for us to contact them back. thank you once again.
