Safe 'n' Sound Driving is here to teach people how to be safe drivers on the ever increasing busy roads and provide sound knowledge to reach the standard required to take the driving test. Safe 'n' Sound Driving provides:

Pass your test with Safe 'n' Sound Driving and each pupil will be offered the opportunity to go on a 1st Aid for drivers course. The course is provided by Pristine Medical Service.
Safe 'n' Sound Driving provides B+E (car + trailer) training. The course is 17 - 20 hours and includes a DSA trailer test. Areas covered are Sussex and Surrey.
The company has a female driving instructor who is reliable, patient and has many years teaching experience. She also has a high pass rate. She was trained by a former police advanced driver. She also holds category C (lorry) - mini bus and coach entitlements on her licence.
Safe 'n' Sound Driving is owned by Sandra Barber who is a fully qualified Driving instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience.

5.0 out of 5 | Best value for money I’ve ever seen toped up with a splendid easygoing personality of the Instructor. She is patient, caring and very knowledgeable. I was taking refreshing course to pass UK driving test after driving abroad for several years. This took a major routine change and breaking some old bad driving habits and getting some brand new good ones. I can’t see anyone else is doing better job for me than Sandra with her excellent approach to teaching – she makes you understand, “see” it. Although I have passed my theory test when I started taking lessons, Sandra has put this theory into practice which improved the general driving skills 200%! No matter how many silly (or not) questions you have – she always has a professional answer. Her good sense of humor makes lessens less stressful and much more enjoyable! Apart from a routine (top quality) training she teaches your some very (!) useful “hint and tips” which I’ll remember for life.

5.0 out of 5 | i believe Sandra is the best driving instructor i have ever met. there are many reasons for this, when i started to drive it was a lack of confidence that was going to be my downfall. yet Sandra was able to boost my confidence in driving and also instilling the idea that what ever i do or happens in or side the car i would be safe. this reassurance helped me not only pass my driving test first time but showed me how valuable safety is when behind the wheel.
Sandra is such a funny and lovely lady that you don't even realize that you are developing on your driving skills. this ability of Sandra's to teach, is most obvious in my driving today. In the 6 months i have passed my test i have safely driven all over the country to compete in sport, and have racked up just under 6000 miles on all sorts of roads in all weather conditions and have not been phased. Sandra is very easy going, willing to swap lessons round to help you and give extra lessons if you wish them.
