Great service guys. I have been with RS for about 8 months and nothing is too much trouble. Support is always quick and polite and just today they saved me from a total loss of a site due to their meticulous backups. We are not the most technically minded but RS help us out on a very regular basis. Keep up the very good work guys. Thanks.

Beware of using RS Hosting for your website as they have a spammer on 85.92.75.191 and they don't care. Which means that your genuine emails will be blocked.
My emails first stopped on 27/1/12 which I reported to Florin on 30/1/12 after my main ISP confirmed that this server was blacklisted. She confirmed that they are not tracking emails and that my emails would be working again soon. on 3/2/12 my emails are again being stopped as teh server is once again blacklisted. I tried to use the RS 24/7 chat facility on 4/2/12 with Richard Hays who told me to open a support ticket. If RS's version of customer is to do nothing but ask me to repeat myself then I wonder what you at Free Index think?

Have been a customer with RSHosting since the beginning. At the start it was like a small family, everything ran smoothly and the support was outstanding - responses to support tickets came back within 5-10 minutes and the team were willing to help you with anything. Around January/February 2007 the company was sold and unfortunately it has gone slowly downhill since then. The support team was outsourced and whilst they tried to maintain the speedy response times the quality of the support was not there. The responses started to become either generic copy/paste answers or with such poor english sometimes you couldn't understand what they were trying to convey. This was sad to see as this was a company I had supported for so long - writing multiple positive reviews about them. I parted ways with rshosting when a member of the support team made a promise to me, didn't keep that promise and went on to actually insult me when I questioned them on this. Sad to see one of the greats fall.

RSHosting is a very professional yet friendly company providing excellent service.
Their servers are reliable and fast and their hosting packages provide excellent value for money.
As for customer service, I have found RSHosting to be second to none. All questions are responded to promptly and their live help is always available. I have found that they will go out of their way to ensure all problems are dealt with quickly, above and beyond the normal call of duty sometimes.
I cannot recommend RSHosting enough to anyone seeking a fast and reliable service.

I am only learning about servers and such and sometimes... actually a lot of the time I run into problems with my site and emails. the staff at RShosting are so helpful whenever these problems happen and are very quick to respond. I never have to wait long to get onto live chat and it never takes long for the staff there to solve my problem!

I have very limited technical background and everytime I face a problem with my sites, I contact the support team through the live chat or by submitting a ticket and it gets solved right away!!
