Roman and his team provided excellent, stress-free service. He came round every morning before I left for work to update me on progress. There was no fuss or hassle, even when I kept adding to the list of jobs. Nothing is a problem. I was particularly impressed that they found intelligent solutions to an ongoing problem with damp - no one had figured it out before.
