Roly Cox carried out a job for me with a commendable level of precision, attention to detail and finnish. The timber selected and quality of work were both of a high standard. The job was completed on time and I was very pleased with the result and the service provided.

We had a large bookcase built in oak, with a break-out centre piece including two cupboards with panelled doors. The challenge was to make a piece of stand alone furniture which would fit into a 17th century house which has uneven floors and walls and to create a bookcase which was sympathetic to its' surroundings. The challenges were exceeded, in that we now have a beautiful bookcase of an exceptional standard of craftsmanship.

Roly made an excellent job of an oak-framed conservatory/dining area which is now a special feature of the house.

He also selected the oak for our kitchen worktops, built a breakfast bar and created a bespoke oak arch (including cupboards and drawers) above the Aga - this is another special feature (the arch - not the Aga!!).

He became a great friend while working here and was very helpful with local knowledge and contacts.

Having used Roly to produce purpose built joinery and toys, he never ceases to amaze me how from a verbal conversation he can produces fantastic items exactly how I imagined them be.

I would strongly recommend him for any upmarket joinery and cabinet making etc.

Also thoroughly reliable and trustworthy.
