As members of the NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Assoc) all staff working on site in a cleaning capacity must have reached a level of accreditation recognised by the NCCA. This ensures use of appropriate methods and detergents by a trained professional guaranteeing correct/safe cleaning procedures for the client's carpets and upholstery.
